Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje inovaci nabídky produktů cestovního ruchu ve zvolené oblasti. Navrhuje inovace s pozitivním vlivem na rozvoj cestovního ruchu oblasti, ve vzájemné interakci rezidentů s účastníky cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění základních pojmů a přístupů ke studiu cestovního ruchu, typologie účastníků cestovního ruchu a popisuje dopady cestovního ruchu včetně iritačního indexu. Aplikační část se věnuje charakteristice dané oblasti a analýze současného stavu. Za využití dotazníkového šetření, řízeného rozhovoru a výpočtu Defertovy funkce bylo zjištěno, že rezidenti zaujímají pozitivní postoj vůči účastníkům cestovního ruchu, avšak turistická aktivita oblasti je nízká. Vyhodnocením dotazníků se potvrdilo, že místní obyvatelé jsou značně kritičtější v hodnocení služeb a produktů cestovního ruchu než účastníci cestovního ruchu. Nedostatečně byly ohodnoceny především parkovací možnosti a stravovací služby. Pro zkvalitnění rozvoje cestovního ruchu by měla být inovována marketingová komunikace oblasti, zvýšena kapacita parkovacích možností a rozšířena nabídka stravovacích služeb. Závěrečná část práce popisuje návrhy opatření včetně jejich marketingové a prodejní podpory.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the innovation of tourism product offer in a chosen area. It suggests some innovations with a positive influence on the development of the area’s tourism in the mutual interaction between its residents and the participants of tourism. The theoretical section focuses on clarifying of the basic terms and approaches to the study of tourism as well as on the typology of tourists. Furthermore, it describes the impacts of tourism including the irritation index. The application part deals with the characterization of the given area and with the analysis of its current state. Using questionnaire survey, structured interview and the calculation of the Defert function, it was determined that the residents take a positive attitude towards the participants of tourism. However, the tourist activity in the area is low. Evaluation of the questionnaires confirmed that the local inhabitants are considerably more critical in the rating of the tourism services and products than the tourists themselves. The parking and catering facilities were rated as insufficient the most often. In order to improve the development of tourism, the marketing communication in the area should be innovated, the parking capacity increased and the range of catering options extended. The final part of the thesis describes the suggestions of measures including their marketing and sales support.
