Cílem této práce bylo vypořádat se s vybranými otázkami vycházejícími z developerské činnosti, jejichž výskyt jsem zaznamenal v praxi. Za tímto účelem jsem provedl teoretický rozbor těchto otázek a uvedl možnosti jejich praktické aplikace. The focus and goal of this thesis was to deal with the selected issues following from the activities of real estate developers as I have monitored the occurrence of these issues in real life.
