Pracovní doba podle nového zákoníku práce

The working hours in the new Labour Code
Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je pracovní doba podle nového zákoníku práce. Tato práce provádí analýzu nových institutů týkajících se pracovní doby obsažených v zákoně č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoník práce. Práce srovnává úpravu pracovní doby podle starého a nového zákoníku práce a současně hodnotí změny právní úpravy pracovní doby ve vztahu k požadavkům Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor work is the working hours in the new Labour Code. This work makes the analysis of the new institutes concerning working hours from the law nr. 262/2006 Sb., labour code.
