Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj hlavních orgánů obcí v České republice a zabývá se územní samosprávou. Je zde charakterizován vývoj od roku 1919, kdy vstoupila v platnost novela obecního zřízení, až po současnost. Dále je uveden popis jednotlivých řídících orgánů v obcích v každé etapě vývoje. Současná samospráva obcí je pak převedena na konkrétní obec v České republice.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the evolution of the main municipal authorities in the Czech Republic and deals with territorial local government. It analyses the evolution since 1919, when the amendment to the municipal system came into force, until the present time.
