Svou diplomovou práci jsem zpracoval na téma Obchodní zákoník 1862 – základ obchodního práva na našem území. Cílem práce je prokázat, že Všeobecný obchodní zákoník z roku 1862 byl opravdovým základem odvětví obchodního práva po celou dobu jeho existence. Abstract:
I elaborated my thesis on the subject entitled The Commercial Code 1862 – the Basis of Commercial Law in our Country. The objective of the thesis is to prove that the General Commercial Code of 1862 was a true founding pillar of commercial law throughout the code's existence.
