The hardware innovation of the electronic control unit for the student experimental electric vehicle.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací hardwaru řídicí jednotky pohonu studentského experimentálního elektromobilu. V práci je nejdříve popsána funkce hlavní řídicí jednotky a její historický vývoj. Dále je popsán výběr vhodných součástek nutných k fungování periferních obvodů, které zajišťují správnou činnost jednotky. Následuje rozbor periferních obvodů samotných a v poslední řadě je popsána zvolená technologie výroby a rozmístění obvodů na DPS. Na konci práce je uvedeno hardwarové nastavení jednotky a testování v laboratoři.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with design and implementation of hardware control units drive student experimental electric vehicle. The thesis first describes the function of the main control unit and its historical development. It also describes the selection of suitable components required for the functioning of peripheral circuits to ensure proper operation of the unit. Following analysis of the peripheral circuits themselves. Finally, it describes the chosen technology of production and distribution of circuits on PCBs. There is specified hardware unit setting and testing in the laboratory at the end of the work.
