Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský plán, jeho praktické sestavení pro fyzickou osobu podnikající na internetu. V práci je provedena vnitřní a vnější analýza, dále analýza konkurence a zákazníka. Sestaven zakladatelský rozpočet a proveden marketingový mix. Pomoci práce je možné sestavit podnikatelský plán.
Abstract:
The Thesis is focused on a business plan and it's practical usage for an online entrepreneur. As part of the thesis, is an internal and external analysis, a further review of competition and the customer. The fundamentals of a required budget and a marketing mixture. All of the above provide support to a business plan.
