The setting up of the quality management process of the outsourcing welded NT bodies of steam turbines
Abstract:
Cílem práce je nastavit proces řízení kvality outsourcingu svařovaných nízkotlakých těles parních turbín v Doosan Škoda Power. Práce obsahuju popis systému řízení kvality ve společnosti a analýzu stavu procesu řízení kvality outsourcingu a na základě této analýzy jsou navržena opatření na zlepšení.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to set the quality managemet proces of the outsourcing of welded low-pressure steam turbines bodies in Doosan Skoda Power. The thesis contains a description of the quality management system in the company and analyzes the status of the quality management proces of the outsourcing and based on this analysis, some measures are proposed to improve.
