Politization and securitization of techno culture in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá fenoménem technoparties a subkultury techno (resp. freetekno) v České republice z hlediska jejich politizace a sekuritizace. Hlavní důraz je kladen na události a důsledky technoparty Czechtek 2005. Práce se snaží odpovědět na otázku, proč se kulturní fenomén politizuje a zda je možné hovořit o sekuritizaci techno kultury v českém prostředí.
Abstract:
The presented work focuses on the technoparties phenomenon and (free)techno subculture in the Czech Republic, mainly from the viewpoint of the subject's politization and securitization. The main focus is pointed at the events, incidents and outcomes of the Czechtek 2005 technoparty.
