Possibility of Occupational Therapy Interventions for Older People at Home
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stáří a stárnutím, fyzickými, psychickými a sociálními změnami, které toto období života provázejí. Dále je zde popsáno komplexní geriatrické hodnocení jako nástroj, který tyto změny může včas odhalit. Cílem práce je poukázat na přínos a možnosti ergoterapie u seniorů v domácím prostředí. Je zpracována jedna kazuistika týkající se dané problematiky.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of old age and aging, physical, psychological and social changes that accompany this period of life. Further, comprehensive geriatric assessment is described as a tool to detect these changes in time. The aim of the work is to point out the benefits and possibilities of occupational therapy for older people in home environment. One case report has been elaborated …more
