Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi podpory dětí při odchodu z ústavní výchovy. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké mají mladí lidé možnosti podpory a pomoci po ukončení ústavní výchovy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá obdobím pozdní adolescence a jeho charakteristikami a také specifiky dospívajících s poruchami chování.
