Management of transport of empty means of transport in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. (industry Kvasiny)
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na řízení odvozu prázdných přepravních prostředků ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s. (závod Kvasiny). V první kapitole jsou teoreticky vymezeny přepravní prostředky a jejich tok. Ve druhé kapitole je provedena analýza toku přepravních prostředků v závodě Kvasiny. V rámci třetí kapitoly je navržen návrh pro zlepšení odvozu prázdných přepravních prostředků, který je ve čtvrté kapitole zhodnocen.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the operation of the transport of empty transport units in ŠKODA AUTO Inc. (industry Kvasiny). The transport units and their flow are described in the first chapter. The analysis of the flow transport units in enterprise Kvasiny is realized in the second chapter.
