Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika motivace a stimulace pracovníků v České podnikatelské pojišťovně, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. Teoretická část bakalářské práce čerpá informace z odborné literatury zaměřené na motivační a stimulační faktory ovlivňující spokojenost a výkonnost pracovníků. Ke zjištění současného stavu byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Otázky byly zaměřeny na důležitost chování a postojů nadřízených pracovníků, na nefinanční a finanční motivaci a pracovní atmosféru ve vztahu k pracovním výsledkům. Pro splnění cíle byly stanoveny tři hypotézy, z nichž dvě byly potvrzeny a jedna vyvrácena. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že chování vedoucího pracovníka je důležitý motivační faktor pro 81 procent respondentů. Nefinanční motivace je důležitá pro 88 procent dotazovaných pracovníků. Pro dosažení dobrých pracovních výsledků je pro 43 procent pracovníků finanční ohodnocení důležitější než pracovní atmosféra, příznivá atmosféra je naopak důležitější pro 25 procent pracovníků. Stejnou důležitost přikládá finančnímu hodnocení a dobré pracovní atmosféře 32 procent pracovníků. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy opatření k řešení zjištěných nedostatků v uvedených oblastech.

Abstract:

My bachelor project is focused on employees´ motivation and stimulation at the company Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. The theoretical part of the project borrows information from the technical literature that is concentrated on factors of employees´ motivation and stimulation. There was chosen a questionnaire method. The questions were directed to behaviour and attitude of the superior, to the financial and non-financial motivation and to the atmosphere in the workplace referring to the work results. In order to achieve the aims, three hypotheses were set. Two of them were certified, one was refuted. The research shows that the behaviour of a superior is an important factor for 81 percent of the respondents. The non-financial motivation is important for 88 percent of them. 43 percent of the respondents consider money to be more important than the atmosphere in the workplace in order to achieve good work results. The good atmosphere is important for 25 percent of the respondents. The money and the good atmosphere are the same for 32 percent of the employees. The final part of the project contains suggestions of solving defects in the said areas.
