Táto práca popisuje výsledky aplikovanej výskumnej štúdie zameranej na analýzu pracovnej spokojnosti zamestnancov stavebnej firmy po reštrukturalizácii. Zároveň sme sa v práci zamerali na zistenie vzťahu medzi jednotlivými faktormi pracovnej spokojnosti a konkrétnymi formami občianskeho správania zamestnancov.
