V bakalárskej práci sme sa venovali okamžitému skončeniu pracovného pomeru. Práca prezentuje problematiku okamžitého skončenia pracovného pomeru zo strany zamestnávateľa, ako aj zo strany zamestnanca. Prvá časť je zameraná na pracovný pomer, vznik, zánik, dôvody skončenia pracovného pomeru a všetky náležitosti ktoré súvisia so vznikom pracovnoprávneho vzťahu medzi zamestnancom a zamestnávateľom.
