Abstract:

Evropa se pomalu dostává z hospodářské krize a velice jí při tomto procesu zotavení pomáhají evropské neziskové organizace a jejich sítě. Tyto sítě hrají hlavní roli v lobbingu a prosazování zájmů a cílů jednotlivých neziskových organizací na půdě vrcholných evropských institucí. Občanská společnost se vyvíjela po dlouhá staletí na celém území Evropy, a tento vývoj nám nyní přináší formy legislativy týkající se neziskových organizací v každé členské zemi EU. Evropa si v roce 2000 nastavila strategický plán Evropa 2010 a po jejím úspěšném vyhodnocení na něj navazuje strategií novou, Evropa 2020. Výsledky tohoto konceptu máme pře námi, a až po jeho vyhodnocení můžeme konstatovat, zdali toto období bylo úspěšné či nikoli. Tato diplomová práce popisuje formy neziskových organizací, s nimi spojenou legislativu, vývoj občanské společnosti a vize Evropy do příštích let v oblasti aktuálních témat společnosti.

Abstract:

Europe is slowly coming out of the economic crisis. The European non-profit organizations and their network are very helpful in this recovery process. These networks play a major role in lobbing and promoting the interests and goals of individual non-profit organizations at the top European institutions. Civil society has evolved over many centuries throughout Europe, and this development now brings us the form of legislation on non-profit organizations in every EU country. In 2000, Europe set the Europe 2020 Strategic Plan. After its successful evaluation, it follows the new strategy, Europe 2020. We have the results of this concept ehead of us. After its evaluation, we can say whether this period was successful or not. This diploma thesis describes the forms of non-profit organizations, the related legislation, the development of civil society and the vision of Europe to the future.
