Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sportu a práva. Úvodní část se týká obecného pohledu na sport, jeho charakteristických rysů, typů, funkcí ve společnosti a jeho vztahu k právu. Za pomocí rozhodnutí Evropského soudního dvora je zde nastíněn vývoj regulace sportu komunitárním právem. Zvláštní část práce se věnuje konkrétnímu sportovnímu odvětví, kterým je fotbal. The diploma thesis deals with sport and law. The preliminary part relates to the general view on sport, its characteristic features, types, functions in society and its relation to law. With the help of decisions of the European Court of Justice, the evolution of sport regulation by community law is described in this chapter.
