Abstract:

Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá stavbou podnikatelského plánu pro založení a provoz Specializovaného obchodu s LED osvětlením. Cílem práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán, vyhodnotit životaschopnost projektu a analyzovat přínos LED technologie pro úsporu nákladů na energii. Na základě teoretického základu jsou v praktické části rozebrány jednotlivé kapitoly podnikatelského plánu. Důraz je kladen zejména na efektivitu produktu pro společnost, analýzu konkurence a stavbu zakladatelského rozpočtu včetně prognóz do následujících let.

Abstract:

Abstract This thesis deals with the construction of a business plan for starting and running specialty store with LED lighting. The aim is to prepare a business plan, assess the viability of the project and analyze the benefits of LED technology to save energy costs. The practical part is focused on the chapters of a business plan. Emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the product for the company, competitor analysis and construction of the founding of the budget, including forecast for the following years.
