V diplomové práci jsou zpracována teoretická východiska z oblasti pojištění, soudních znalců a likvidace pojistných událostí. Dále jsou provedeny analýzy v horizontu několika let z využívání soudních znalců a z toho vyplývající důsledky pro hospodaření podniku. The thesis deals with theoretical starting points in the field of insurance, forensic experts and the liquidation of claims. In addition, analyses are carried out over a period of several years from the use of forensic experts and the resulting implications for the management of the company.
