Abstract:

Karyomapping je univerzální metoda preimplantačního genetického testování pro monogenní choroby (PGT-M), která umožňuje detekovat rizikový haplotyp pro jakékoliv genetické onemocnění se známou kauzální mutací. V této disertační práci je validována schopnost metody karyomapping detekovat meiotické i mitotické aneuploidie. Dále se tato práce věnuje frekvenci a charakteru aneuploidií u 969 embryí vyšetřených metodou karyomapping, včetně jejich parentálního původu.

Abstract:

Karyopping is a universal method for preimplantation genetic testing for monogenic diseases (PGT-M) and allows to detect risk haplotype for any genetic disease with a known causal mutation. This dissertation thesis includes validation of karyomapping to detect aneuploidies of meiotic and mitotic origin. Moreover, information about frequency and characterization of aneuploidies detected in 969 embryos analyzed by karyomapping is provided, including their parental origin.
