Diplomová práca sa zaoberá komunikáciou sestry s geriatrickým pacientom a úskaliami, ktoré môžu túto komunikáciu sprevádzať. Zisťuje využívanie techník aktívneho naslúchania sestrami a potrebu tieto techniky pri komunikácií so seniormi využívať.
