Model dravec-kořist s funkční odpovědí Hollingova II. typu

Prey-predator model with Holling type II functional response
Abstract:
In this thesis we study Rosenzweig-MacArthur predator-prey model with Holling's type II functional response. We have analyzed the local qualitative behaviour of the model with respect to the death rate of the predator. An interesting phenomenon has appeared, the paradox of extinction, as an analogy to paradox of enrichment.
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme analýze modelu dravec-kořist s funkční odpovědí Hollingova II.typu, známemu jako Rosenzweigův-MacArthurův model. Analýza modelu proběhla v závislosti na zvoleném parametru míry úmrtnosti dravců. Podarilo se nám najít analógii paradoxu dostatku pre tento parameter, kterou jsme nazvali paradoxem zániku.
