The Tourism Policy Conception in European Union According to the Interpretation of Primary and Secondary Community Law

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Koncepce politiky cestovního ruchu Evropské unie ve výkladu primárního a sekundárního komunitárního práva“ je interpretovat přístup Evropské unie k politice cestovního ruchu na základě komunitárního práva. První část práce je zaměřena na objasnění základních souvislostí politiky cestovního ruchu a komunitárního práva Evropského společenství. Ve zbývající části práce jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé právní normy, které mají dopad na postavení politiky cestovního ruchu ve Společenství. Přístup evropských institucí k politice cestovního ruchu je sledován z pohledu dvou období – do roku 1999 a od roku 2000 do současnosti. V poslední části práce jsou sumarizovány veškeré poznatky o tom, jak se přístup Evropské unie k politice cestovního ruchu s postupem času měnil.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “The Tourism Policy Conception in European Union According to the Interpretation of Primary and Secondary Community Law” is to describe the approach of the European Union to the tourism policy on the basis of Community Law. The first part of the thesis is focused on explanation of fundamental aspects of tourism policy and Community Law. In the following parts of this thesis I characterize the individual legal rules of the European Community which have impact on the status of tourism policy in the Community. The approach of the European institutions to the tourism policy is analyzed in two intervals – until the year 1999 and beyond. In the final part of the thesis will be summarized all the knowledge about how the approach of the European Union to the tourism policy changed over time.
