Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem profesních kompetencí sociálních pedagogů za pomoci akčního výzkumu. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak je akční výzkum nápomocen při rozvoji profesních kompetencí sociálních pedagogů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development of professional competences of social educators with the help of action research. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how action research is helpful in the development of professional competencies of social pedagogues. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
