Intergenerational learning in family company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mezigeneračním učením v rodinném podniku. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat podobu interakcí různých generací v rodinném podniku. Bakalářská práce popisuje vliv, který na interakce má specifické prostředí a analyzuje směr, obsah a způsob mezigeneračního učení. Práce je teoreticko empirická. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy, jako je mezigenerační učení, interakce, komunikace a mezigenerační vztahy. Teoretická část popisuje vlivy rodinného a pracovního prostředí a uvádí příklad konkrétní typologie edukátorů. V empirické části je popsán metodologický postup a jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření. Výsledky výzkumného šetření ukázaly interakci mezi členy rodiny v tomto specifickém prostředí jako příležitost k mezigeneračnímu učení, které může být pro rodinný podnik přínosem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with intergenerational learning in the family company. The main goal of this work is to describe the form of interactions between family members who belong to different generations in family company. The thesis describes the influences of specific environment and analyses directions, contents and methods of intergenerational learning. The bachelor thesis is conceived as a theoretical-empirical. The theoretical part defines key concepts such as intergenerational learning, interaction, communication and intergenerational relationships. This part of work describes influents of family context and context of working environment and gives an example of typology of educators. The empirical part describes methodological approach of the research and presents results of the research. The results showed interactions between family members in this specific environment as an opportunity for intergenerational learning that can be beneficial for the family company.
