Bližší zkoumání trhu, na němž dochází ke střetu zájmů leteckých dopravců s provozovateli letišť a tím i ke stanovování poplatků za využití letiště aeroliniemi, je zajímavou aplikací dopravní ekonomie a současně oblastí, která zůstává dlouhodobě mimo pozornost odborné veřejnosti. A closer research on the market in which the conflict of airlines and airport operators interests takes place is an interesting application of the transport economics, and the field remaining off the scholars attention.
