Comparasion „Management Act tourism“ between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic

Abstract:

This Master’s Dissertation considers on comparing in the tourism law between Czech Republic and Slovakia. The purpose consists as well the thesis speak about, in comparing of the management of tourism in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and to find the differences, in which the Czech Republic and Slovakia differ. The method of comparation, which mean finding of the same and not similar sites of managing proscess, I wanted to detect and find the similarities in managing system in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. According the analysis I found the ones an biggest difference which is in legislative rules of tourism. It exists tourism law number 91/2010 Z. z. concerning support of tourism in Slovakia, while the Czech Republic miss this legislative rule form (howewer the law is in acceptation form yet). The main goal of this work was to compare both of documents and to determinate if differences would have negative fall to tourism evolution in the country in wich are missing, Tourism in Slovakia belongs to the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development of the Slovakia. In the Czech Republic tourism belongs to the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. The most important strategic document of tourism is Development Strategy of tourism 2014-2020 in Slovakia and Concept of the State Tourism Policy for the period 2014 - 2020 in Czech Republic.. The purpose of both documents is to increase the atractivity of countries according tourism priorities, competitiveness of tourism and advancement of new work positions etc. In the promotion of the tourism I see another difference and that thenational tourism portal whic exists in Slovakia under Slovakia.travel, however in the Czech Republic does not exist yet.

Abstract:

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá porovnaním zákonov o riadení cestovného ruchu medzi Českou republikou a Slovenskou republikou. Cieľom práce je, ako i téma práce napovedá, porovnať riadenie cestovného ruchu v Českej republike a na Slovensku a nájsť rozdiely, v ktorých sa odlišujú. Pomocou metódy komparácie (porovnania), teda zisťovania zhodných a nezhodných stránok, som sa snažila zistiť, či Česká republika a Slovenská republika má podobný systém riadenia cestovného ruchu. Na základe skúmaného som dospela k názoru, že jediným a teda najväčším rozdielom je legislatívna stránka cestovného ruchu a to v tom, že na Slovensku existuje Zákon č. 91/2010 Z. z. o podpore cestovného ruchu, čo na druhej strane Česká republika nemá (i keď zákon je už v prípravnej fáze). Hlavný cieľ bol porovnať oba dokumenty a zistiť, či by odlišnosti mali negatívny dopad na rozvoj cestovného ruchu v danej krajine, v ktorej absentujú. Cestovný ruch na Slovensku zastrešuje Ministerstvo dopravy, výstavby a regionálneho rozvoja Slovenskej republiky a v Českej republike je to Ministerstvo pre miestny rozvoj Českej republiky. Najdôležitejším strategickým dokumentom v cestovnom ruchu na Slovensku je Stratégia rozvoja cestovného ruchu do roku 2020, v Českej republike sa jedná o Koncepciu štátnej politiky cestovného ruchu na obdobie 2014-2020. Cieľom oboch dokumentov je zvyšovanie atraktívnosti krajín z hľadiska cestovného ruchu, konkurencieschopnosti cestovného ruchu, podpory nových pracovných príležitostí a pod. V oblasti propagácie cestovného ruchu vidím ešte jeden rozdiel, a to národný portál cestovného ruchu, ktorý na Slovensku existuje pod názvom Slovakia.travel, avšak v Českej republike zatiaľ nie je zavedený.
