The Specification of the Selection the Suppliers in the Field of the Company's Education

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem vhodného dodavatele v oblasti firemního vzděláváních. Zaměřuje se na proces výběru nejvhodnějšího dodavatele a klade důraz na metodiku používanou pro hodnocení specifických kritérií dodavatele vzdělávání, jež vedou k výběru nejlepší varianty. Výzkum je tvořen dotazníkovým šetřením se zaměřením na analýzu potřeb, analýzu trhu dodavatelů a metody výběru dodavatelů. Z šetření vyplývá, že pomocí vhodně zvolených specifických kritérií a jejich známé hodnoty, se mění celkový význam obdržené nabídky. Závěrečným výstupem těchto po sobě jdoucích kroků je analýza SWOT zobrazující výhody a nevýhody možné spolupráce se zvoleným dodavatelem. Součástí práce je také navržená metodika, která by měla upřesnit výběr dodavatele v oblasti firemního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis deals with selection of suitable supplier for corporate training. It fo-cuses on the proces of the selection of suitable supplier and emphasizes on methodology which is used for evaluation of specific criteria of the supplier for corporate training which lead to choosing the best variant. Research is ormed by questionnaire survey with focus on needs analysis, supplier market analysis and supplier selection method. The survey results in the fact that with the help of appropriately selected specific criteria and their known value, the overall importance of the received offer can be changed. The final output of these steps is the SWOT analysis which displays advantages and disadvantages of the possible coope-ration with supplier. Suggested methodology is also a part of this work. It should clarify the selection of suitable supplier for corporate training.
