Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku restrukturalizace podniku a ISO normy. Vymezeny jsou základní pojmy. Pozornost je zaměřena na návrh zavedení ISO norem a posouzení významu implementace norem do malých a středních podniků.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on restructuring of enterprise and the implementation of the system ISO. The author describes the terms restructuring of enterprise and the ISO standars. The thesis pays anttetnioin to European Union and support in the implementation of the alterations in the small and medium size companies.
