Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je aplikovat prvky filosofie Just-in-time do konkrétního výrobního podniku s cílem ověřit platnost tvrzení, že snížení přípravných a seřizovacích časů ve výrobě je možné dosáhnout bez výrazného investičního zatížení. Tato případová studie by měla sloužit podniku jako návod optimálního postupu při navazujících implementačních krocích Just-in-time manufacturing.
Abstract:
The object of this essay is to implement elements of Just-in-time philosophy into a specific manufacturing company with the aim to verify the validity of supposition that a reduction of set up and changeover times in manufacturing is possible without considerable investments.
