The importance of efficient logistics for the innovation of existing recycling processes

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá logistikou v cirkulární ekonomice, recyklací a logistikou ve zvoleném podniku a využitím umělé inteligence a metod průmyslu 4.0. Cílem práce je ukázat možné inovace v procesu recyklace vlivem změn v prostředí podniku a jejich vliv na komplex efektivnosti. Prostředí podniku je tvořeno sítí dodavatelské-odběratelských vztahů a podobou jeho vnitřního informačního, technologického a personálního uspořádání. Logistikou potom práce rozumí především takový soubor činností, který uspořádává prostředí tak, aby umožňovalo nejen zvýšení hospodárnosti, účelnosti a účinnosti v jednotlivých podnicích, ale rovněž v maximální možné míře na úrovni společenských celků. Pro správné kroky při zlepšování logistiky v cirkulární ekonomice je klíčové správné posouzení situace prostředí a jejího možného vývoje. Jde především o zmapování pozic stakeholderů a jejich zájmů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with logistics in the circular economy, recycling and logistics in a selected company and the use of artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0 methods. The aim of the thesis is to show possible innovations in the recycling process due to changes in the environment of the company and their impact on the efficiency complex. The environment of the enterprise is formed by the network of supplier-customer relations and the form of its internal information, technological and personnel organization. Logistics, then, is primarily understood as a set of activities that organise the environment in such a way as to enable not only an increase in economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in individual enterprises, but also to the maximum extent possible at the level of social units. A correct assessment of the environmental situation and its possible development is crucial for the right steps in improving logistics in a circular economy. This is primarily a matter of mapping the positions of stakeholders and their interests.
