Analysis of Personal Risks in the Selected Organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy personálních rizik v organizaci XY, s.r.o., se zaměřením na situaci personálního managementu na prodejních pobočkách společnosti. Následně řeší minimalizaci zjištěných rizik. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popisovány základní pojmy spojené s personálním managementem a analýzou rizik. Praktická část se věnuje popisu vývoje a organizační struktuře společnosti XY, s.r.o., následně je zde zanalyzována situace personálního managementu za rok 2017 pomocí fluktuace za daný rok. Na vzniklá rizika jsou aplikovávány metody analýzy rizik. Závěr této práce se zabývá návrhy na zlepšení situace v dané společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of HR risk analysis in the organization XY, s.r.o., with focus on the HR management of the company's retail branches. It then deals with mitigation of the identified risks. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic terms related to HR management and risk analysis. The practical part explains the development and organizational structure of the company XY, s.r.o. This is followed by analysis of the 2017 situation of HR management based on employee turnover over said year. Methods of risk analysis are applied to the arising risks. The conclusion of the thesis includes suggestions for improvement of the situation within the company.
