Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu úvěrového vztahu. Práce se zaměřuje na zdroje samotně právní úpravy (vymezení pojmu úvěr, zakotvení smlouvy o úvěru, spotřebitelského úvěru, hypotečního úvěru, zajištění, Centrálního registru úvěrů). Dále je v práci popsán úvěrový proces, který začíná žádostí o úvěr včetně potřebných náležitostí, pokračuje prověřením dlužníka, sepsáním smlouvy o úvěru a …more

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on legislation of the credit relation. The thesis is focused on legislation resources (definition of credit, enshrined in the credit agreement, consumer credit, mortgage credit, collateral, the Central Credit Register).
