Tato diplomová práce se zabývá polyfenolickým profilem částí révy vinné. V literárním přehledu je stručně popsán význam a charakteristika fenolických látek, dále rozdělení do jednotlivých skupin a výskyt určitých polyfenolů v jednotlivých částech révy vinné. This thesis deals with the polyphenolic profile of grapevine part. In the literature review, the meaning and characteristics of phenolic substances are briefly described, as well as the division into individual groups and the occurrence of certain polyphenols in individual parts of the grapevine.
