Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sestavení reálného, a především v praxi proveditelného podnikatelského plánu v oblasti hostinské činnosti přesněji se jedná o založení stylového koktejlového baru. Teoretická část obsahuje východiska zvolení určité struktury podnikatelského plánu poté rozbor jednotlivých částí daného podnikatelského plánu a také zmiňuje důležitá fakta v oblasti podnikání. V analytické části autor blíže seznamuje čtenáře s vnitřním a vnějším okolím firmy za pomocí analýz makrookolí a mikrookolí. Poté se předešlé zmíněné informace přenesou do jednotlivých plánů zaměřených na produkci, marketing a finance podniku. Naprostým výstupem je poté sestavení cenové strategie a finančního plánu, které jsou klíčové při rozhodování o realizaci projektu.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the compilation of a real, and especially in practice feasible business plan in the field of hospitality, more precisely, the establishment of a stylish cocktail bar. The theoretical part contains the basis for choosing a certain structure of the business plan, then an analysis of individual parts of the business plan and mentions important facts in the field of business. In the analytical part, the author introduces the reader to the internal and external environment of the company with the help of analyses of macro-environments and micro-environments. Then the previously mentioned information is transferred to individual plans focused on production, marketing, and business finance. The absolute output is then the compilation of a pricing strategy and financial plan, based on which the entrepreneur is convinced of the possibility of project implementation and its sustainability.
