Outsourcing versus in-house production in the public sector
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis deals with the external and internal production in the public sector. The aim is to evaluate the current situation of public services outsourcing administered by public authorities in the Czech Republic. On the example of the health care organizations the effectiveness of the external and internal production of chosen auxiliary services is made.

Predmetom predkladanej diplomovej práce je problematika externej a internej produkcie vo verejnom sektore. Jej hlavným cieľom je zhodnotiť súčasný stav outsourcingu verejných služieb u verejných zadávateľov v Českej republike a na príklade nemocníc a zdravotníckych zariadení porovnať efektívnosť externého a interného poskytovania vybraných pomocných služieb.
