Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu prozodických faktorů řeči a získané dysartrii, která je náhle vzniklou poruchou motorické realizace řeči u dospělých osob. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky v oblasti komunikace a prozodie. Shromažďuje poznatky o terminologii, klasifikaci a symptomech získané dysartrie. Současně zpracovává oblast diagnostiky, terapie a metod při práci s jedinci se získanou dysartrií. Praktická část popisuje stanovení cílů, výzkumných otázek a proces tvorby terapeutických materiálů. Charakterizuje realizaci výzkumného prostředí, popisuje činnosti s respondentem a analyzuje získaná data a interpretuje výsledky výzkumu. Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvoření terapeutických materiálů pro rozvoj prozodických vlastností řeči u dospělých osob se získanou hypokinetickou dysartrií. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, zda nácvik prozodických faktorů řeči napomáhá zlepšení srozumitelnosti mluvního projevu. Součástí příloh diplomové práce jsou zpracované terapeutické materiály pro nácvik prozodických faktorů řeči věnované dospělým osobám se získanou hypokinetickou dysartrií.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of prosodic factors of speech and acquired dysarthria, which is a sudden disorder of the motor realization of speech in adults. The theoretical part summarizes findings in the field of communication and prosody. Collects knowledge on the terminology, classification and symptoms of acquired dysarthria. At the same time, he handles the field of diagnostics, therapy and methods for working with individuals with acquired dysarthria. The practical part describes setting goals, research questions and the proces of creating therapeutic materials. It characterizes the ralization of the research environment, describes the activities with the respondent and analyzes the aobtained data and environment, describes the activities with the respondent and analyzes the obtained data and interprets the research results. The aim of the thesis was to create therapeutic materials for the development of prosodic speech properties in adults with acquired hypokinetic dysarthria. The partial goal was to find out whether the training of prosodic factors of speech helps to improve the intelligibility of speech. Part of the appendices of the diploma thesis are processed therapeutic materials for the training of prosodic factors of speech dedicated to adults with acquired hypokinetic dysarthria.
