pH-Sensitive supramolecular complexes of cucurbit[7]uril
Abstract:
Cucurbitnurily jsou makrocyklické ligandy, které tvoří velmi stabilní komplexy s různými organickými kationty. Tato bakalářská práce popisuje efekty, které mohou vést k destabilizaci těchto komplexů. V experimentální části byly zkoumány interakce CB7 s vybranými karboxyderiváty adamantanu a ferrocenu v závislosti na pH roztoku. Dále byly připraveny deriváty ferrocenu obsahující aminoskupinu.
Abstract:
Cucurbitnurils are macrocyclic ligands forming stable complexes with various organic cations. This bachelor thesis describes effects leading to destabilization of these complexes. In the experimental part, pH dependent interactions of CB7 with chosen carboxy derivatives of adamantane and ferrocene were observed. Derivatives of ferrocene compounds containing aminogroup were also prepared.
