Tato práce je věnována studiu reaktivního magnetronového naprašování pomocí experimentálních diagnostických metod a také pomocí teoretického modelování. This work is dedicated to the study of reactive magnetron sputtering by experimental diagnostic methods and also by theoretical modelling. Physical principles of sputtering and basic diagnostic methods are presented.
