Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku šikany ve školním prostředí, jednoho z vážných sociálních problémů moderního školství. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány klíčové pojmy spojené s šikanou, dělení šikany, stádia a podoby šikany a také agrese. Dále jsou popsány příčiny, řešení a následky šikany. Věnována je také pozornost problematice kyberšikany, která se stává stále častějším fenoménem v době, kdy všichni používají digitální technologie. V praktické části byl pro sběr dat použit kvantitativní výzkum metodou dotazníkového šetření. Výzkum byl prováděn v 9. třídách na vybrané základní škole. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku šikany ve školním prostředí. Dílčím cílem bude podat doporučení k prevenci šikany. Práce přispívá k lepšímu pochopení šikany jako problému a poskytuje základ pro navrhování účinných preventivních opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of bullying in the school environment, one of the serious social problems of modern education. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key terms related to bullying, types of bullying, stages and forms of bullying, as well as aggression. It also describes the causes, solutions, and consequences of bullying. Attention is also paid to the issue of cyberbullying, which is becoming an increasingly common phenomenon in an era where everyone uses digital technologies. In the practical part, quantitative research using a questionnaire survey method was used for data collection. The research was conducted in 9th-grade classes at a selected primary school. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to describe the issue of bullying in the school environment. A partial goal will be to provide recommendations for bullying prevention. The thesis contributes to a better understanding of bullying as a problem and provides a basis for proposing effective preventive measures.
