Ex-ante evaluation of large urban projects in Ostrava
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ex-ante evaluaci 2 velkých projektů na území Ostravy. Cílem bylo zhodnotit jejich možný dopad na své bližší okolí. Součástí práce je terénní šetření v okolí těchto projektů, konkrétně galerie Plato a nového koncertního sálu v Ostravě. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky tohoto šetření.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis focuses on the ex-ante evaluation of two major projects in Ostrava. The goal was to assess their possible impact on their immidiate surroundings. The thesis includes field investigation in the vicinity of these projects, specificaly the Plato Gallery and the new concert hall in Ostrava. The conclusions of this research are summarized at the end of the thesis.
