The Reflection of A Human and Society in Writing of F. M. Dostojevski

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zachytit problematiku pojetí člověka a společnosti v literárním díle Fjodora Michajloviče Dostojevského. První část práce je zaměřena zejména na osobnost Dostojevského a percepci jeho díla u nás. V následující části je zkoumán polyfonický charakter jeho děl, jenž prostupuje celou jeho románovou tvorbou a prostřednictvím něhož vyjadřuje myšlenky svých postav. Další část práce se zabývá psychologickou rovinou jednotlivých postav a představuje určitý exkurz do temného lidského vědomí a hlubokého nitra člověka.Součástí práce je i teorie nadčlověka a typologie šílenství Dostojevského postav, jakožto existenciálního symbolu. Zobrazen je tu detailně motiv zla, dobra, lásky a nenávisti. Získané poznatky v této práci vychází především z interpretace dvou stěžejních děl, na které se práce zaměřuje: Zločin a trest a Idiot.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to capture the issue of conception of a human and society in literary work of Fjodor Michaljevic Dostojevski. The first part of the thesis is primarily focused on the personality of Dostojevski and the perception of his writing. The following part investigates polyphonic attribute of his writings which pervades his entire novelistic work. He also expresses the thoughts of his characters via this attribute. The next part of the thesis deals with psychological level of particular characters and it introduces a certain view of a dark human consciousness and deep human soul. The part of the thesis consists of the theory of a superman and the typology of insanity of Dostojevski?s characters as existential symbol. The theme of the evil, good, love and hate is depicted in detail. The obtained pieces of knowledge come especially out of the interpretation of two crucial writings which this thesis focuses on: Crime and Punishment and Idiot.
