Medical rehabilitation program and process in soft tissues disorders of the knee joint

Anotace:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou poranění měkkých struktur kolenního kloubu a jejich terapií. V obecné části jsou shrnuty poznatky z anatomie a biomechaniky kolenního kloubu, dále jsou popsány vyšetřovací metody, typy poranění měkkých struktur kloubu a jejich léčba. Ve speciální části jsou zahrnuty možnosti léčebné rehabilitace, fyzikální terapie a dalších interdisciplinárních metod v léčbě poranění měkkého kolena. Na závěr je uvedena kazuistika popisující praktické využití teoretických poznatků při rehabilitaci konkrétního pacienta.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with soft tissue injuries of the knee joint and their treatment. Theoretical part summarizes knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint, it also describes methods of examination, types of injuries of the soft structures and their treatment. Special part includes possibilities of rehabilitation, physical therapy and other interdisciplinary methods in the treatment of the soft knee injuries. Final part describes practical use of theoretical knowledge in rehabilitation therapy of particular patient.
