Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat rešerši o současných možnostech detekce inhibitorů cholinesteráz pomocí biosenzorů. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je věnována obecně cholinesterázám a jejich inhibitorům, ve druhé jsou pak popsány funkce, vlastnosti a základní rozdělení biosenzorů a v poslední části jsou rozebírány konkrétní příklady biosenzorů pro detekci inhibitorů …more
Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis was to make an overview about current possibilities of the detection of cholinesterase inhibitors using biosensors. This thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is focesed on cholinesterases and their inhibitors in general, the second one is aimed at the description of functions, characters and basic sorting of biosensors.
