Diplomová práce je věnována zásadě ochrany povinného v exekučním řízení a jejím dílčím projevům v aktuální právní úpravě, kterou je rozuměn nejen exekuční řád, ale také občanský soudní řád. The thesis is devoted to the principle of debtor protection in execution proceedings and its partial characters in the current legislation. By this it is understood not only the Execution Order, but also Civil Proceedings Order. The thesis also examines the historical origins of this principle and defines key terms of the issue.
