Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes influence of dinuclear ruthenium complexes, in which two{(η6-p-isopropyltoluen)RuCl[3-(oxo-κO)-2-methyl-4-pyridinonato-κO4]} units are linked by flexible aliphatic chain of different length [(CH2)n (n = 4, 8, 12)] on nucleosomal stability and chromatin organization. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem vlivu dinukleárních rutheniových komplexů, složených ze dvou {(η6-p-isopropyltoluen)RuCl[3-(oxo-κO)-2-methyl-4-pyridinonato-κO4]} jednotek, které jsou propojeny flexibilním alifatickým řetězcem různé délky [(CH2)n (n = 4, 8, 12)] na stabilitu, vznik nukleozomu a kondenzaci chromatinu.
