Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the production, distribution and commercialisation of Panela from Colombia. Panela is a chemical free sugar that is produce from sugar cane by Colombian farmers. The motive of the diploma thesis is to find sustainable strategies for Panela commercialization in the international market focused in the Central and Eastern Europeans Countries. The strategies are proposed based on the Panelas production, distribution and international commerce characteristics. The author of the diploma thesis prepared and organized a survey among European residents to direct the proposed strategies. The author of the diploma thesis deal with local and international aspects to established the today’s Panela situation.
