Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá monitoringem vnitřní ceny akcií vybraných amerických technologických společností. Následným zjištěním, zda byly akcie podhodnoceny či nadhodnoceny a určením klíčových faktorů, které jejich cenu ovlivňovali. Pro stanovení vnitřní hodnoty byl použít Gordonův růstový model a model pro stanovení vnitřní hodnoty dle P/E ratia. Bylo zjištěno, kdy byly akcie podhodnoceny či nadhodnoceny podle obou modelů a byly vybrány specifické události, které měly vliv na tuto hodnotu. Největšími omezeními, které zasahovaly do výzkumu byla dividendová politika společností či výkyvy v růstu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with monitoring the intrinsic stock price of selected US technology companies. It then determines whether the stocks were undervalued or overvalued and identifies the key factors influencing their price. Gordon's growth model and the P/E ratio model were used to determine intrinsic value. It was identified when stocks were undervalued or overvalued under both models, and specific events that impacted this value were selected. The biggest constraints that interfered with the research were companies' dividend policies or growth fluctuations.
