Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání hodnoty rodinného domu. Byly použiti dvě metody oceňování, metoda administrativní a metoda tržní. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. V první teoretické části je vysvětleno několik základních pojmů pro pochopení následné druhé části. The main objektive of the present bachelor thesis is to compare the values of the detached dwelling. Two evaluation methods were used, the administrative method and the market one.
