Camera System And Its Civic Applications

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je věnováno kamerovým systémům, především jejich významu v zabezpečovací technice. Náplní teoretické části je seznámit se s možnostmi současně dostupných kamerových systémů, jejich dílčími komponenty a funkčností jednotlivých druhů systémů jako uživatelského celku. Obsahem praktické části je navržení konkrétního příkladu kamerového systému s možností videozáznamu určeného k monitorování prostoru soukromého objektu. Důraz je kladen na využití celého systému v civilní praxi v souladu s požadovanou legislativou. Návrh kamerového systému navazuje na strukturovaný přehled aplikačních oblastí kamerových systémů včetně právního rámce jejich využití.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is devoted to camera systems and specifically their importance in security technology. The content of the theoretical portion contains information regarding to current camera systems, their parts, and the functions of these types of systems. The content of the practical part is comprised of examples of camera systems with the capabilities of video recording that are designed to monitor private property. The emphasis is put on the use of the whole system in civic live in accordance with current legislation. The design of the camera system follows a structured knowledge of all applications of the camera systems including the legal scope of their use.
